The best of outdoor and aerobic composting, without effort!

Exclusive to Moutta Farm in Europe, discover the high-end 180-litre rotary composter everyone’s talking about. Designed to make composting easy, faster, cleaner and more efficient, it’s revolutionising how you manage garden organic waste.

No more old static composters at the bottom of the garden, hard to mix and sources of smells or pests. With the Maze rotary composter, you don’t need to turn the compost by hand or battle rodents.

180-litre Rotary Composter

Faster, effortless composting

Thanks to its crank-operated patent gear system, just a few regular turns ensure your waste is perfectly aerated. Result: compost breaks down 2 to 3 times quicker than a classic composter, under the right temperature conditions.

The ergonomic handle makes rotating the drum easy, while the ratchet gear automatically locks the rotation, ensuring safety and comfort during use.

Dual chambers: continuous composting

Its greatest asset is the two independent chambers.
When the first is full, start filling the second. While one matures, you feed the other. When the second is full, the first is ready to empty.

You never stop composting.

Multiple adjustable air vents ensure optimal aerobic decomposition, limiting bad odours and accelerating transformation of waste into rich, balanced compost.

Optional: practical collection cart, designed to slide easily beneath the composter’s openings. It lets you collect and tip out the mature compost neatly and effortlessly. An ideal accessory to simplify collecting and transporting your compost to the garden or vegetable patch.

Easy compost harvesting

The large sliding doors make it simple to add waste or collect mature compost.
Generous space beneath the composter means you can slip a bucket or cart underneath for collection.

⚠️ Note: this composter works without compost worms.

Designed to last over time, this composter is made from high-density UV-resistant plastic and is weatherproof.

The structure is built on a tubular metal anti-corrosion frame, coated in zinc powder, with all stainless steel fixtures.

  • Rodent-proof,
  • Odour-proof,
  • Shock and weather resistant.

Which waste?

You should sort garden and organic waste into two main categories: “greens” and “browns”—also called “soft” and “hard” waste.

1/3 green or soft waste
Your greens (1/3) are fresh organic material rich in nitrogen and carbon: grass clippings, weeds, fruit and vegetable peelings, faded flowers, eggshells, and plant-based food leftovers. Don’t compost foods like meat, fish, shellfish or ash.

2/3 brown or hard waste
These make up 2/3 and are dry organic matter providing primarily carbon (plus a little nitrogen) needed by microorganisms: coffee grounds, dead branches, shavings, wood fibre/chips, dried plants, dead leaves, cardboard cut up small.
