La Poste Mail

0,10 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 3 to 5 days.

Small parcel in your postbox with tracking.

Reserved for small parcels with a maximum thickness of 3 cm, the envelope is delivered straight to your letterbox. You can track its progress using the provided tracking label.

DPD PickUp

20 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 3 to 5 days.

Once your parcel arrives at the pick-up point, you will be notified by SMS or e-mail. The parcel will be available for 9 days before being automatically returned (*).

* If the parcel is not collected within this period, the order can be refunded upon request after receipt, minus the return costs (same amount as the initial shipping fees).

GLS Parcel Shops

25 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 6 to 7 days.

For those who are frequently away from home, GLS offers an extensive network of partner collection points. These local shops, newsagents or convenience stores make it easy to pick up your parcel with a secure collection code.

Parcels are kept there for 9 days, providing a flexible and reliable solution. This service is especially suitable for people with varying schedules or for those wanting to avoid failed home deliveries.

* If the parcel is not collected within this time, the order can be refunded on request upon receipt, less the return costs (the same amount as the initial shipping fee).

GLS Home Delivery

28 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 6 to 7 days.

Counter-signature + SMS/email notification of delivery timeslot.

Delivery routes are optimised using algorithms that consider parcel density, traffic conditions and time constraints to ensure reliable and efficient delivery times. Recipients are notified in advance by SMS or email, with an estimated delivery slot and the option to change the date or location to suit their availability. If absent, several alternatives are offered: collection point delivery, rescheduling or return of the parcel to the sender.

DPD Predict

30 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 4 to 5 days.

Countersignature + SMS/email notification of delivery timeslot.

The carrier will notify you via SMS and email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the network. On the day of delivery, you'll receive another SMS and email specifying the delivery time window. Your parcel is then delivered within the indicated slot.

Please note: Drivers are not instructed to leave parcels in mailboxes. Someone must be present to receive the parcel.

Checking your delivery

Check the condition of your items and make sure nothing is missing by referring to your delivery note.

If there is a problem, do not refuse packages from small parcel carriers (DPD, Colissimo, etc.). Our after-sales service will handle anything that needs to be replaced.
If your order contains live animals, take a photo immediately and send it to us as soon as possible.

For freight or pallet deliveries (truck / pallets)
If the items have suffered damage during transport and are visibly damaged (broken, dented, deformed, etc.), you should refuse the parcel(s), clearly indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery note.

Note: The phrase "Subject to unpacking" has no legal standing.

Refused parcels will be returned and a new free delivery will be arranged.
If there are no precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note, the goods will be considered delivered in good order.
