Payment Methods
To make your shopping experience on MOUTTA FARM easier, we offer you several simple and fully secure payment methods. Credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, simply choose the best option for you.
All transactions are protected to ensure the confidentiality of your information and the security of your orders.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are made in full at the time of ordering and only in euros.
Transactions are secured by Systempay from Banque Populaire, in accordance with French and international banking standards. This solution ensures a fully secure online shopping experience for buyers.
During payment, you are automatically redirected to the bank’s server via a secure SSL connection (128-bit key session, according to French Government authorisations). The card number is encrypted between your browser and the Systempay server.
All information relating to your credit card is stored only in Systempay databases and is never recorded or held by MOUTTA FARM. Once your payment is validated, you are redirected to our website and any temporary personal data stored in the cookie is deleted.
Your order will only be confirmed after payment validation. No discounts or late penalties apply.
Credit Card Payments with 3D-Secure Protocol
The 3D-Secure protocol (also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) enhances your online security with an additional authentication step.
After entering your card details, a 3D-Secure window managed by your bank will appear. You will then have to enter a unique authentication code provided by your bank (your date of birth, a code received by SMS, etc.) to confirm you are the cardholder. Your payment will be validated and the transaction completed after confirmation from your bank.
⚠️ Important: please ensure, at the time of your order, that you are able to receive your SMS authentication code.
PayPal Payments
PayPal is a secure payment method that allows you to make purchases quickly without sharing your financial information with sellers. If you already have a PayPal account, your information is encrypted and secure, and you can use it directly to shop on our site.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still choose this option. At payment, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your credit or debit card details and, if you wish, create a PayPal account.
Bank Transfer Payments
Payments by bank transfer must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- When confirming your order, select the “Pay by Bank Transfer” option.
- You have 10 days to transfer the funds to MOUTTA FARM's bank account (details are available on the summary page and in your confirmation email). After this time, the order will be cancelled.
- Your order will be confirmed once we receive your transfer, and you will receive a confirmation email.
⚠️ Important: Delivery times are extended for payments by bank transfer to take banking processing time into account.
Gift Card or Promo Code Payments
The MOUTTA FARM gift card or promo code is valid for 1 year from its activation date (which corresponds to the sending date by email), or until the date shown on the gift card or promo code during activation.
- Usable only on the website www.mouttafarm.ie and on MOUTTA FARM websites in other languages.
- Cannot be combined, exchanged, reimbursed, and no change can be given.
- If the alert system fails, the validity of the card or code cannot be extended.
