100 points = €5 off your next order.
How does it work?
🕓 Your points never expire as long as you keep ordering: every order extends all your points by 12 months.
The more loyal you are, the more you earn
Your level depends on your purchases over the last 12 months. It is updated with every order.
If you order less, you simply return to the matching level: points already earned do not change.
A gift for your birthday 🎂
Enter your date of birth in your account and stay subscribed to our newsletter: on your birthday, Willy gives you loyalty points, 100 points at Bronze level, 150 at Silver level and 200 at Gold level, valid for 12 months.

Does shipping earn points?
No, only items count, after discounts.
How many points can I convert?
In steps of 100 points, up to 600 points (€30) per voucher. You can have only one active loyalty voucher at a time. The voucher applies to items, excluding shipping: your order must include at least the voucher amount in items.
How long are my points valid?
Your points remain valid for 12 months after your last order: every new order extends all your points. If you have at least 100 points, we will email you 30 days before they expire. Points given for your birthday are valid for 12 months from the day you receive them.
What happens to my points if I cancel an order?
The points of the cancelled order are removed from your account.
Do orders placed without an account earn points?
Yes, if you create your account with the same email address: your orders are linked to your account with their points.
