Larval dehydration
Unlike products of Asian origin, larval dehydration is carried out using an industrial convection system, ensuring a slow, even and controlled drying process.
This process makes the mealworms more compact (less bulky as they are drier), while guaranteeing better preservation and consistent quality.
By strongly reducing the moisture, nutrients are more concentrated and bacterial growth is limited, offering optimal food safety.
How to use
- Feed alone as a treat.
- Or mix with standard feed.
- Can be rehydrated for 10 to 15 mins in lukewarm water for easier digestion.
