I joined the training partway through, so I was left a bit unsatisfied.

Very informative, with details that were appreciated in addition to the instruction booklet included with the delivery.

Very good, lots of teaching skill and humour. The 2 hours flew by!

I really learned and understood a lot of things, especially the difference between a worm composter and a regular composter.
I've had a composter for several years, given to me by the local council (com com), which was presented as a worm composter. It came with worms. It has been full of worms ever since. I put everything in it and it spends the winter outside, slightly protected with straw. I get nice compost, but it's not vermicompost….
