I had already taken a training course (run by the community of municipalities) when I received my worm composter, but since none of the worms survived the winter, it was good to be able to attend a new one. With a bit of luck, I'll keep everyone alive this time ;)
Even though I'd already had a training course, I really enjoyed this one, which reminded me of points I had forgotten and went into more detail on others.

J'avais déjà suivi une formation (par la communauté de communes) lorsque j'ai reçu mon lombricomposteur, mais vu que personne n'a survécu à l'hiver, c'était bien que je puisse en entendre une nouvelle. Avec un peu de chance, je garderai tout le monde en vie ;)
Bien qu'ayant déjà eu une formation, donc, j'ai beaucoup apprécié celle-ci, qui a rappelé des points que j'avais oubliés, en a développé d'autres.

2 months ago I started up a WormBox worm composter without any difficulty thanks to the instructions in your manual. Thank you. However, I learned today that I could have done better (not putting all the coco fibre in right from the start, a doubled cardboard disc in the first tray). I picked up lots of useful information during the video call, and it was very lively and interesting. I was very touched by the message that we are not alone and that if we have a problem we can contact you. Is the video call recorded, and is there a link where we could download it? The video call contains information that isn't in the manual.

Il y a 2 mois j'ai mis en route un lombricompost WormBox sans difficulté grâce aux instructions données dans votre notice. Merci. Cependant, j'ai appris aujourd'hui que j'aurais pu faire mieux (ne pas mettre toute la fibre coco dès le début, disque de carton doublé dans le premier plateau). J'ai capté plein d'informations utiles au cours de la visio et c'était très vivant et intéressant. J'ai été très sensible au message qu'on n'est pas seuls et que si nous avons un problème on peut vous contacter. La visio est-elle enregistrée et y a-t-il un lien où on pourrait la télécharger ? On a dans la visio des informations qui ne sont pas dans la notice.

I found the presentation very useful and interesting, and got answers to my questions despite losing my connection several times.

Certainly very instructive judging by the participants' comments, but the Zoom app isn't workable on smartphones, as several of us had no sound.
