Very comprehensive, well-structured training, thank you so much.

Formation très complète, bien construite, merci beaucoup.

I wasn't able to attend.

Je n ai pas pu y assister

Very informative! Thank you!

Très instructif ! Merci !

Concise starter video; effective answers to questions, Julien very friendly.

Very useful and very well done, it answers all the questions we had. It should just be made clear to every buyer that they need to wait for the video conference before even starting to activate their worm composter, because it's not as simple as you'd think, far from it! Thanks anyway.

I've been a customer for a long time since buying a WORMbox, and in recent months I had the opportunity to take part in two video conferences. Since your experience has grown since you started, I learned an enormous amount and I'll be able to correct some of the things I do.

Lots of info, very well structured and very well documented. The best!

The video call was very interesting, even after 2 years with the Wormbox! Thank you.

Merci.

Seems complete, at first glance! (I mean, while I wait for my own experience and any difficulties!)
Maybe I should have waited to see it before starting the Willys' new life at home.

Julien was very clear in his explanations. I got all the answers to the questions I had.

This video conference was very informative and met my expectations as a beginner in worm composting.

The worm composter concept is great, the video call was clear and concise, and we were able to ask questions at the end, so everything was perfect!
I just have one small question. A bit of coconut fibre falls into the leachate tray, probably when the worms move down. Should I keep an eye on it and remove some from time to time, or is it not a problem?
