It was super clear and very interesting. I had a first failed experience with worm composting without this training and, since taking it, I understand my past mistakes better.

We found the video conference very informative.
Positive points:
- Saturdays are possible, maybe it would be worth doing more of them?
- Julien answered all the questions (both in the chat and verbally), which we thought was great because that was the purpose of our participation in the video conference (most of our questions were answered in his presentation)

Very pleasant and very clear videoconference. Lots of extra information compared to the start-up instructions. Received on Tuesday morning, my Willies waited until the videoconference on Saturday to enjoy their first meal... Luckily, because I would have made a few mistakes, both in the quantity and the quality of the food chosen for a start.
It should be pointed out that the first level must not exceed 2/3 of the volume (coco and worms included); so I filled it a bit too much with the coco.
So I'll need to move to 2 levels quickly. A few meals will be possible at the start. The Willies will then manage their stock of carbon-rich material afterwards, if I understood correctly. Thank you for all this online advice.

Vidéoconférence très agréable et très claire. Beaucoup d'informations supplémentaires par rapport à la notice de mise en route. Reçu le mardi matin , mes Willy ont attendu la vidéoconférence le samedi pour déguster leur premier repas...Heureusement car j'aurais fait quelques erreurs autant sur la quantité que la qualité des aliments choisis pour un début.
Il faudrait signaler que le premier niveau ne doit pas dépasser 2/3 du volume (coco et vers compris) ; j'ai donc un peu trop rempli avec le coco.
Il faudra donc passer rapidement à 2 niveaux. Quelques repas seront possibles au début . Les Willy vont donc gérer leur stock de matières carbonées par la suite si j'ai bien compris. Merci pour tous ces conseils en ligne.
