How to apply
Start of treatment
Start when the pit is less than 50 % full.
- 2 L of Pro-Mest Total;
- Mix into at least 20 L of water;
- Per 100 m³ of slurry.
One week later
- 20 L of Microferm;
- Per 100 m³ of slurry.
Maintenance dose
In the pit or in housing with slatted floors (initial application, then ongoing).
Weekly:
- 1 L of Pro-Mest Total;
- Mix into approx. 60 L of water;
- For 50 LU(*).
Monthly:
- 10 L of Microferm;
- Mix into 20–60 L of water;
- For 50 LU(*).

In slurry pits, enzymatic transformation of urea into ammonia causes nitrogen loss, gas emissions, and a worsening shed atmosphere.
Pro-Mest Total acts as a regulator, buffering harmful substances in the slurry. It limits urease activity, cuts ammonia emissions, and stabilises the organic matter.
Treated slurry becomes:

Important Recommendations
- Spread product evenly over the whole slurry surface.

- Adjust dilution as needed to ensure proper distribution.
