EM® Drink is a naturally fermented drink made from aronia berries.
Produced in the Netherlands using aronia grown in Belgium and the Effective Microorganisms (EM®) technology, it is part of a circular system (Bokashi & EM®).
Fresh, slightly tart and subtly fruity, it can be enjoyed daily to support gut balance and immunity.
Fermentation releases beneficial probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants.
The sugar used at the start (molasses) is fully metabolised by the microorganisms and turned into lactic acid: the final product contains no significant residual added sugar.

Usage
